Our client is an independent securities business offering institutional and corporate clients leading investment banking, research, sales and trading services. They are currently hiring for a junior Settlements Administrator.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with client onboarding processes
  • Distribute and collect client onboarding documentation
  • Client static data entry
  • Provide support with client payment instructions
  • Provide support with client transfer of assets
  • Undertake client instructions where assigned
  • Provide cover for the Settlement Department when called upon
  • Build and assist with maintaining client relationships and service providers
  • Ensure that all firm wide policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Possibility of business travel between the Liverpool and London office  


Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:

  • Experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within Financial Services
  • Prior experience liaising with corporate stakeholders/clients would be advantageous
  • Educated to minimum of A-level or equivalent
  • Previous exposure to or a basic understanding of stockbroking practices would be desirable
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work, along with the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as the ability to organise work to meet tight deadlines
  • Eager to enhance knowledge and motivated to undertake professional qualifications
  • Organised, rigorous and disciplined with excellent attention to detail
