The Role

Broadly,the role of the Adviser Success Manager includes:

  • Responsibility for owning the entire post-sales client lifecycle, including onboarding and success of platform adoption by advice firms.This includes implementation training, ongoing check-in and support for all platform functionality matters,communication of newplatform features,amongst others.
  • Development of detailed understanding of the needs of financial advisers, the platform market and how various operators compare to platform and articulating the value proposition and benefits for financial advisers.

The Adviser Success role will involve working with new and existing clients to ensure their Fundment journey-from client on boarding to their addition of their first few clients -is successful and effectively managed.

Your missionis to become a trusted expert and to create an exceptional adviser experience for users using the platform. Your goals are to drive high levels of client satisfaction, great retention, and sales add-on opportunities.

It is important that you understand data architecture and any experience with various tools used by advisers such as like CashCalc, CURO, lntelliflo/lRESS,etc and how data connects would be very useful.

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • An understanding of the UKadviser and platform market including a detailed and technical understanding of the competitive landscape and platform propositions.
  • The ability to understand the needs and interests of various stakeholders and create solutions.
  • Understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle.
  • Persuasive abilities which can beapplied to internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to create innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Exceptional analytical and technicalskills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of business (bothinternally and externally)
  • The ability to translate strategic aims into practical policy
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm and propagate calm in high pressure situations
